Head of Operations

• Own the end-to-end revenue operations function, including the design and maintenance of marketing and sales funnels, lead routing logic, CRM architecture, and pipeline reporting that enables data-driven decisions across growth and advisory teams. • Build and maintain cohort reporting frameworks that track client acquisition, activation, retention, and lifetime value — translating raw data into clear strategic recommendations for leadership. • Lead the strategy and execution of marketing and sales automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Customer.io), ensuring campaigns are measurable, scalable, and aligned to conversion goals. • Design and continuously improve the end-to-end client onboarding experience for new wealth management clients, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and high-touch journey from signed agreement to fully funded account. • Partner with the advisory team to document, standardize, and optimize advisor workflows — including account reviews, rebalancing processes, client communications cadences, and more. • Own the operational systems and vendor relationships that keep us running, including custodian integrations (e.g. Schwab), portfolio management tools (e.g., Orion, Tamarac), and compliance-adjacent workflows in partnership with the CCO. • Develop and maintain operational dashboards and KPIs that give leadership real-time visibility into business health across client growth, retention, advisor capacity, and operational throughput. • Build the playbooks, SOPs, and internal knowledge infrastructure needed to scale the business without sacrificing consistency or compliance. • Serve as the connective tissue between marketing, sales, advisory, product, compliance, and finance — ensuring operational decisions are made with full context and clear accountability. • Evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with third-party technology and service vendors critical to RIA operations.
