• Lead a complex IT/IM services contract for the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) • Serve as the senior contractor representative and primary liaison to Government leadership • Oversee all aspects of contract performance, including technical execution, staffing, scheduling, cost, and quality • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and regulations • Manage key functional areas including IT operations, cybersecurity, network and systems administration, and helpdesk support • Oversee program finances and ensure timely, accurate delivery of required reports and deliverables • Collaborate with Government stakeholders to align support with mission needs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field (master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of experience managing large-scale IT programs or Department of Defense IT programs/contracts.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary technical teams
- Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance required; ability to obtain SCI access
- Strong knowledge of IT operations, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems
- Experience working within DoD/Federal contracting environments (FAR/DFARS)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
