Role Description The Senior Product Delivery Lead brings depth and breadth to the role. You own complex backlogs across multiple workstreams, lead discovery for large features, coordinate cross-team dependencies, and mentor junior PDLs. You operate with broad autonomy, navigate ambiguity with confidence, influence senior stakeholders, and actively contribute to elevating the entire PDL team’s delivery standards. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or product delivery role. - Proven experience managing complex backlogs across multiple workstreams or teams. - Strong command of Agile/Scrum principles with demonstrated delivery outcomes. - Experience facilitating discovery and requirements sessions with senior stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to mentor and elevate junior team members. - Proficient in Jira, Confluence, or equivalent delivery tooling. Requirements - CSPO, SAFe POPM, or PMI-PBA certification. - Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale). - Experience in retail technology, POS systems, or fuel/convenience industry. - Familiarity with product analytics and data-driven prioritization.
