Role Description ExeQut is seeking a Technical Product Manager . The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of software development processes and excels at translating complex technical concepts into actionable product plans. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide products through the full development lifecycle from concept to launch. - Own the end-to-end lifecycle of technical products, from discovery and planning to launch and iteration - Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure timely delivery - Facilitate communication across design, engineering, QA, and stakeholder teams - Prioritize product backlogs and make data-driven decisions using product metrics - Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product development - Write clear documentation, including product requirements, decision logs, and release notes Qualifications - Must-Have: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 4-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with at least 2 years specifically in a technical product management role. - Proven track record of successfully launching and managing technical products or features through the entire product lifecycle. - Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile, Scrum) and technologies. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. - Demonstrated ability to define and analyze product metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. - Experience working directly with engineering teams to define technical requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely delivery. - Ability to break down complex technical problems into steps that drive product development. - Nice-to-Have: - Master's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Business Administration). - Experience with software development as an engineer or a solutions architect. - Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS/Azure, AI/ML and with advanced programming languages. - Experience in SaaS, Insurance Tech, Payments/FinTech. - Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices. - Experience with user research methodologies. - Certifications related to product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Pragmatic Marketing, AIPMM Certified Product Manager (CPM)). - Experience with SQL or other database querying languages.
