• Provide assessment/diagnosis and psychotherapy to a wide range of patients as young as 12 up to geriatric age, that are appropriate for telehealth services • Use evidence-based screening tools with patients to screen and measure outcomes • Document in electric medical record the services that were provided, as well as, providing diagnosis and billing code for the encounter • Provide services via audio and visual two way communication platform • Abide by the Code of Ethics and all laws and regulatory bodies governing the practice location • Coordinate with clinical, health education, community health and other staff members in the provision of services to patients if necessary. • Provide referrals for services needed • Provide clinical supervision for CA Associate level therapists • Assume other responsibilities as directed
Job Requirements
- Masters degree in Social Work having obtained licensure as a Clinical Licensure able to practice independently in CA
- Experience with psychotherapy
- Familiarity with women's health, multicultural groups, previous work experience in a multicultural setting preferred

Role Description As a Patient Care Advocate at 9amHealth, you'll provide comprehensive support to our members. You'll play a key role in the Care Team, directly interacting with members through phone, text, email, and messaging. Role Description The Molecular Science Liaisons are responsible for communicating the value of Caris Molecular Intelligence (CMI) to external clients, such as physicians, scientists, and other interested parties. This communication primarily involves face-to-face discussions with customers, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the field of oncology. These customer presentations will involve frequent travel throughout an assigned region (approximately 80% travel). The individual will gather, evaluate published literature, and attend relevant conferences to ensure that Caris has the most up-to-date information regarding drug/biomarker associations. This information will also be utilized to further enhance the knowledge base of the targeted customer base within an assigned region.
