HubSpot CRM Administrator – Contract

SynMax

• Audit and clean up unused HubSpot assets (properties, lists, workflows, pipelines, reports, etc.) • Optimize CRM structure, naming conventions, and governance standards • Improve and rebuild pipelines and workflow automations across teams • Troubleshoot automation failures and implement scalable, reliable workflow logic • Support integrations with tools like n8n, Google Drive, DocuSign, Slack, etc. • Enhance data quality through deduplication, formatting fixes, and validation checks • Build operational dashboards and documentation for long-term maintainability

Job Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of hands-on HubSpot CRM administration
  • Strong technical understanding of HubSpot objects, workflows, and automation logic
  • Experience with data cleanup, CRM governance, and process optimization
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve operational or automation issues
