Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Laravel + React.js Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing robust web applications using Laravel for backend services and React.js for frontend interfaces. You should be comfortable working independently and using modern AI-assisted development tools to speed up coding and problem-solving. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a reputed local/foreign university. - Certifications in Laravel, React.js, or full-stack development are a plus (not mandatory). - Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Laravel and React.js development. - Proven track record of building and maintaining web applications using Laravel and React.js. - Strong understanding of modern web development principles, architecture, and best practices. - Practical experience leveraging AI tools to enhance development productivity, code quality, and debugging. - Working expertise in AI coding assistants such as Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, Blackbox AI, Lovable.dev, and GitHub Copilot for faster development and efficient problem-solving. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using AI tools. Requirements - Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework. - Strong understanding of React.js, Typescript, Next.js, JavaScript, and ES6+. - Experience working with RESTful APIs and JSON-based integration. - Proficiency in frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. - Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL. - Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows. - Understanding of MVC architecture and full-stack application structure. - Mandatory experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar) with strong proficiency in leveraging them for coding, debugging, and overall development efficiency. - Experience working with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Dialogflow, or similar. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Role Description ECS is seeking a Genetic Statistical Subject Matter Expert (SME) that will provide support in the areas of forensic science, population genetics, forensic DNA likelihood ratios, allelic dependencies, and population substructures. The Genetic Statistical SME is responsible for reviewing the Population Statistics (Popstats) to ensure that the calculations are accurate. The genetic statistical SME will evaluate the Popstats to ensure the proper caveats are contained within the description of CPI and CPE to prevent misuse of the statistic by labs within the CODIS community. Additional support includes white papers and expert guidance on population genetics, recommendations to enhancing kinship, paternity and mixture calculations and the validity of those calculations and likelihood ratios.
