Role Description Les équipes mobiles Psychiatriques Précarité (EMPP) et d'Intervention de Crise (EPIC) sont des dispositifs intersectoriels visant à renforcer l’offre de soins ambulatoire de la Gironde. Elles proposent une évaluation psychiatrique et psychologique et sociale aux personnes n'étant pas en mesure de demander de l’aide, sur leur lieu de vie. - Focus sur l'EMPP qui intervient au-devant de la précarité : - L'EMPP assure un rôle d’interface entre le sanitaire et le social. - Développe le travail en réseau. - Propose un soutien aux acteurs ou équipes de première ligne. - Focus sur l'EPIC qui intervient en amont de la crise : - L'EPIC prévient, désamorce ou encadre la phase aigue. - Favorise les alternatives à l'hospitalisation, en proximité avec l'entourage de la personne. Rejoignez une équipe pluridisciplinaire composée de professionnels de santé dont : - une psychiatre référente - un cadre de santé - des psychologues - des infirmiers - une assistante de service sociale - une secrétaire Ce poste peut être proposé en articulation avec un temps médical dédié en CMP ou en unité d'hospitalisation en fonction des souhaits des candidats.
