Business Development Manager

• Build and manage a small team of business development representatives • Establish scalable processes that connect lead generation, qualification, and deal creation • Collaborate across teams to maintain alignment between sales, marketing, and production units • Identify prospective clients and partners using research, industry intel, and networking • Maintain and expand our contact and production database within HubSpot • Conduct research, manage follow-ups, and help develop proposals for deals in progress • Respond to and qualify inbound production inquiries quickly and effectively • Manage smaller-scale production opportunities through to close • Nurture relationships with repeat clients to encourage future collaboration • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Knowledge of production workflow, stakeholders, and entertainment studio structure
- Experience with managing a team and creating cross-organizational processes
- Proven proficiency with HubSpot CRM (or comparable platform)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities independently
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally in a remote environment
- Experience in the entertainment or production industry strongly preferred.

The Opportunity As Business Development Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth across Inizio Medical,with a primary focus on commercial and promotional medical education, alongside opportunities in medical affairs and publications.
