• Prospect and grow the firm's client portfolio (SMEs / mid-market companies prioritized) across France • Manage your sales pipeline autonomously, at your own pace, from target identification to handing over qualified leads to the Recruiter • Generate 1 to 6 qualified leads per month, depending on the time dedicated to this activity • Achieve, as an independent contractor, a monthly revenue of €2,000 to €12,000 depending on the number of successful hires • Share weekly commercial activity reports with the Recruiter

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B business development experience
  • An active network of managers and C-level contacts
  • Excellent written and spoken French
  • Proven experience in B2B business development (hunting), ideally in professional services: recruitment firms, consulting, agencies, IT services companies (ESN), etc.
  • Autonomous and motivated to work at your own pace

This is a remote position, based in the Boston/Greater Boston area,and is responsible for managing relationships throughout the nearby states. Travel is required.
