Job Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering and QA experience in enterprise SaaS environments
- 3+ years in engineering management leading QA organizations of 10+ engineers across multiple teams or verticals
- Demonstrated experience leading a QA organization through significant transformation
- Deep expertise in test plan and test case methodology
- Automation-first mindset with hands-on experience assessing, stabilizing, or rebuilding automation platforms
- Demonstrated AI/ML background as it applies to QA
- Strong delivery ownership mindset
- Fluent communicator
- Experience managing distributed, global QA teams across multiple time zones
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience

Role Description - Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium with Java for Capital Markets applications. - Create and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing. - Perform API automation testing using tools such as Postman / Rest Assured. - Validate end‑to‑end workflows across trading, clearing, settlement, risk, or reference data systems. - Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and define automation strategies. - Ensure test coverage, quality metrics, and defect tracking are maintained throughout the SDLC/STLC. - Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests into build and deployment workflows. - Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide continuous feedback on quality and release readiness.
