As a TMF Lead at ICON, you will be responsible for overseeing the Trial Master File (TMF) management processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in clinical trials. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the integrity of the TMF and supporting efficient document management throughout the trial lifecycle. What You Will Be Doing: - Leading the setup, maintenance, and oversight of the TMF in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation within the TMF. - Conducting regular TMF quality checks and audits to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues. - Providing training and support to team members on TMF processes and best practices. - Establishing and implementing strategies for continuous improvement in TMF management and documentation practices. Role Description - Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium with Java for Capital Markets applications. - Create and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing. - Perform API automation testing using tools such as Postman / Rest Assured. - Validate end‑to‑end workflows across trading, clearing, settlement, risk, or reference data systems. - Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and define automation strategies. - Ensure test coverage, quality metrics, and defect tracking are maintained throughout the SDLC/STLC. - Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests into build and deployment workflows. - Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide continuous feedback on quality and release readiness.
