• Desarrollar y mantener microservicios backend utilizando Java y Spring Boot. • Diseñar e implementar la capa de persistencia con JPA (Hibernate / Spring Data). • Diseñar y construir APIs REST siguiendo principios API First, trabajando con OpenAPI y Swagger. • Implementar la comunicación entre microservicios, tanto síncrona como asíncrona (Feign, JMS, etc.). • Participar en el desarrollo de pruebas unitarias e integración (JUnit, Mockito). • Colaborar en entornos de integración y despliegue continuo, así como en revisiones de código y buenas prácticas de desarrollo.

Role Description This position involves communicating with Waste Management Drivers to assist with problem resolution while on route. Key responsibilities include: - Handling incoming service orders and directing drivers. - Resolving service issues and interacting with customers, Waste Management customer service, sales, and operational staff. - Using Waste Management proprietary software to enter ticket information and track activity. - Potential for overtime and Saturday hours depending on site needs. - Some initial travel (up to 15%) may be required to assist with centralization efforts. Qualifications - High School Diploma or G.E.D (accredited). - 2 years minimum of previous dispatching experience (in addition to education requirements). - Additional or specialized training in transportation, logistics, or similar area of study (preferred). - Customer service experience in a call-center environment (preferred). - Computer skills with ability to handle multiple monitors, programs, and systems. - Effective and professional communication via e-mail, telephone, and 2-way devices. - Desire and ability to learn Waste Management proprietary software applications. Requirements - Routing/Dispatch experience needed. - Strong communication and computer skills preferred. - Shift: 8am - 4:30pm ET, Monday-Friday, rotating Saturdays.
