Role Description Are you ready to make a lasting impact in specialty care? We’re seeking a dedicated and dynamic Insight Analyst to join our Patient Support Programs at BioScript Solutions, where we put our patients first! - Analyze data for market trends and patterns, communicate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., partners) and apply learnings. - Partner with Data Analytics, develop procedures for collection and analysis of data focused on quality to facilitate enhanced decision making. - Support real-world data (RWD) collection and real-world evidence (RWE) generation for health outcomes and economic impacts. - Provide recommendations for business decision making as a member of the NavieGo Data Governance Committee. - Provide proactive insights on performance KPIs and timely communication. - Work directly with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand their drivers and opportunities, linking insights based on data to enhance business processes and services. - Partner with program teams to find, create, and deliver enhancement and program efficiencies through data insights. - Derive and present insights from the data to improve overall Patient Journey. - Provide recommendations to enhance the patient experience using data insights. - Generate analytical insights for internal and external purposes in collaboration with the Program Management team and Data Analysts. - Ensure data validity/integrity and issue resolution in partnership with the internal data team. Qualifications - Post-secondary education or equivalent experience. - 5+ years of experience in an Insight Analyst or equivalent role. - Experience within pharmaceutical and/or patient support programs and an understanding of how data is used within these industries is a strong asset. - Experience in an external/client facing role. Requirements - Knowledge of data visualization with PowerBI dashboards or equivalent tools (e.g., Advanced Excel functions). - Strong business planning, analytical, and conceptual skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions. - Business acumen related to Health Sciences or Patient Support Program is a strong asset. - Enhanced problem solving and critical thinking skills. - Strong collaboration skills. - Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients and lead presentations. - English proficiency is required for this position to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. - Bilingualism (French and English) may be required depending on the specific role, location, and the needs of the organization.
