Role Description Wir suchen einen Meister, der nicht nur Hörsysteme anpasst, sondern Lebensqualität. - Du fährst mit deinem Firmenwagen zu deinen Kunden und führst professionelle Hörtests durch – in der Umgebung, in der die Geräte später auch getragen werden. - Du berätst deine Kunden umfassend und passt modernste Hörsysteme an – ganzheitlich, auf Augenhöhe und fokussiert in einer ungestörten 1:1 Betreuung. - Du begleitest deine Kunden durch die gesamte 30-tägige kostenlose Anprobe-Phase: Nachkontrollen, Feintuning, Fragen beantworten. - Du dokumentierst deine Arbeit digital und erledigst Abrechnungen bequem von zu Hause – wann es dir passt. - Du tauschst dich regelmäßig mit deinem Team aus, auch wenn ihr mobil unterwegs seid – digital und bei regelmäßigen Team-Events.
