Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Fraud Screening hast Du ein geschultes Auge für Unregelmäßigkeiten: Du überprüfst Transaktionen der Kund:innen unserer Partner, erkennst verdächtige Muster und bewertest potenzielle Betrugsfälle. Zusammen mit Deinem Team im Bereich Risk trägst Du dazu bei, betrügerische Aktivitäten frühzeitig zu erkennen und zu verhindern – und hältst so unser Zahlungssystem sicher. Qualifications - Du bist für mindestens weitere 18 Monate in einem Bachelor‑ oder Masterstudiengang eingeschrieben, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Mathematik, Wirtschaft, Psychologie oder einem ähnlichen Bereich. - Du hast Interesse an spannenden Aufgaben im Bereich Fraud Prävention und konntest idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen sammeln. - Mit Deiner analytischen Denkweise und Deinen starken Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Englisch und Deutsch unterstützt Du Dein Team und Ratepay jeden Tag. - Du bist bereit, an Wochenenden, abends und an Feiertagen zu arbeiten – im Gegenzug bieten wir Dir ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität (das Onboarding findet in den ersten 2–3 Monaten unter der Woche statt). - Wir suchen eine motivierte Person, die am 1. Pay Range $24.10 - $36.15 Major Responsibilities: - Establishes goals and implements strategies for the recruitment, retention and recognition of volunteers. - Recruits and screens volunteers to participate in the hospice volunteer program. - Coordinates volunteer recruitment activities through contact with community organizations. - Develops, implements and conducts hospice volunteer orientation and training program for all new volunteers and conducts in-service education programs for all Hospice volunteers in accordance with the hospice Conditions of Participation. - Coordinates the placement of volunteers in various aspects of the hospice program as requested by the hospice staff. - Communicates with the hospice patient and family members about the availability, use, and benefits of utilizing a volunteer when appropriate - Maintains up-to-date volunteer database including volunteer lists, availability, and assignments. - Supervises and evaluate all volunteer staff involved in the hospice program. - Ensures documentation of interactions between the volunteer and the patients to coordinate care, maintain time and service records. Provides reports and supporting documentation of volunteer activities needed to meet the 5% minimum standard outlined in the Conditions of Participation. - Participates as a member of the interdisciplinary team to effectively assess and coordinate patient plan of care. Assists in the development of services, resources and programs along with appropriate policies and protocol. Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required: - A valid drivers license issued by the Division of Motor Vehicles. Education Required: - Associate's Degree in Business, or - Associate's Degree in Classical Humanities, or - Associate's Degree in Communications, or - Associate's Degree in Health Care Administration. Experience Required: - Typically requires 2 years of experience in hospice, volunteer work, healthcare, or leadership role. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: - Knowledge in program development and management. - Knowledge in group activity and related program services. - Excellent communication (oral and written) skills, including public speaking. - Must possess and provide proof of a valid Wisconsin Driver License and a registered, functional car with adequate insurance coverage.
