Business Development Manager

• Responsible for delivering overall sales growth in the territory year on year with a continuous new opportunities pipeline and a high percentage close rate • Developing the existing customer base and distribution sales in a systematic and proactive way, utilizing the output from POS data analytics, Warm Leads, to drive demand • Deliver the overall value proposition and grow the existing customer base, increase the number of SKUs already purchased • Responsible for new demand creation with demonstrable success in closing opportunities on products and Value-Added/Bespoke solutions • Educate and train distributors and their end users on our products where needed to multiply your efforts and sales growth • Promoting new products and identifying new product opportunities through end customer and key distribution interaction • Support Marketing activities by providing market feedback and customer requests while attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events • Setting, monitoring and reporting on Independent Reps' performance metrics • Responsible for cultivating and managing deep relationships with key decision makers @ end-customers • Meet and/or exceed sales and activity goals • Reporting status and tracking opportunities on Global CRM(Salesforce.com) to report out monthly

Job Requirements

  • Strong technical background is preferred or 3 years’ experience in an electromechanical sales environment
  • Dynamic, self-motivated individual with a high level of energy and strength in driving new sales
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to develop/maintain good relationships with customers, prospects, and colleagues
  • Experience/Knowledge in OEM, Independent Rep, and Distribution sales
  • Track record of successful sales generation and joint sales calls with our distribution channel
  • Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive, Result-oriented, autonomous, and driven by the opportunity to build and expand for business growth
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software and demonstrable experience in using CRM (Salesforce.com) to manage and report on performance
  • Demonstrated problem analysis and resolution skills at both a strategic and functional level.
