Plain Concepts
• Participate in the design and implementation of cloud solutions on **Microsoft Azure**. • Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructures using **IaaS and PaaS services**. • Collaborate in the evolution and improvement of existing architectures, taking into account **scalability, security, and cost**. • Apply **Azure security best practices**, following standards and guidelines defined by the team. • Contribute to **cloud cost optimization (FinOps)** initiatives, identifying improvement opportunities and applying established recommendations. • Work closely with developers, DevOps engineers, and other technical teams in a collaborative environment. • Participate in troubleshooting, maintenance, and support activities in cloud environments.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience working with **Microsoft Azure** in real projects.
- Experience using services such as **Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, and Azure SQL and/or Cosmos DB**.
- Understanding of **IaaS and PaaS models** and the ability to identify when each one is appropriate.
- Basic knowledge of **security concepts in Azure**, including RBAC, Managed Identity, and Azure Key Vault.
- Awareness of **cloud cost management** and how technical decisions impact cost.
- Familiarity with tools like **Azure Cost Management**, budgets, or alerts is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and client-facing projects.
- Proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and interest in growing towards more senior cloud roles.
- Familiarity with **AI/ML or LLM-based platforms** in production environments.
- Fluent English.

- Experience in **hybrid and multi-cloud environments** (AWS / GCP).
- Kubernetes** and container orchestration knowledge.
- Experience with **GitHub** and GitHub Actions.
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python).

Experience Required (Minimum 3 years) - Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software engineering or compensating experience in a related field. - Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in DevOps/Infrastructure roles, demonstrating expertise in managing complex projects and environments. - Extensive knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices, such as Github Actions, Jenkins, or TeamCity. - Experience with Infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform. - Experience with configuration management and version control systems, such as Git. - Proficiency in scripting and automation languages, such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. - Strong understanding of containerization technologies. - In-depth understanding of application architecture, including microservices and serverless architectures. - Extensive experience with database systems, including design, deployment, and management of both SQL and NoSQL databases. - Proficiency in observability practices, including logging, tracing, and performance monitoring, to ensure system reliability and performance. - Ability to exercise considerable judgement and initiative within assigned responsibilities. - Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. - Experience collaborating with Software development and IT teams as a stakeholder.
