Role Description We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in system integrations within large-scale banking or financial services programs. The role involves understanding client business use cases and technical requirements, translating them into technical designs, and ensuring alignment with integration designs. - Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and converting them into technical design. - Mapping decisions with requirements and translating them to developers. - Analyzing deposits business requirements and translating them into functional integration requirements across various systems. - Identifying gaps in business requirements and detailing integration requirements with end-users. - Collaborating with business analysts, solution architects, and platform teams to ensure integration designs align with target state architecture. - Performing interface-level fit-gap analysis against core banking products and existing bank platforms. - Capturing non-functional integration requirements, including performance, resiliency, security, and auditability. - Supporting integration solution design workshops with internal teams and core banking vendors. - Managing and maintaining integration requirement baselines, including change impact assessments. - Coordinating system integration testing (SIT) and supporting end-to-end testing scenarios. - Developing test cases, test plans, and test data for requirements. - Reviewing and validating integration test scenarios and results. - Administering test execution and result reporting in compliance with IT policies. - Regulating and maintaining testing documents. - Reporting results and defects to business and IT, and developing solutions collaboratively. - Ensuring integration designs support operational readiness, including monitoring and support processes. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Requirements - Total experience of 6+ years. - 6-8 years of exposure to system integrations within large-scale banking or financial services programs. - Proven experience delivering core banking or deposits-related integrations, including CASA and/or Time Deposit products. - Hands-on experience with system-to-system integrations, such as APIs, batch/file-based interfaces, and event-driven processing. - Experience as part of the execution team for a minimum of 3 projects, working end-to-end from requirements gathering to deployment. - Past experience managing multi-stakeholder projects. - Ability to understand high-level processes, products, and integration patterns in financial services. - Ability to translate business requirements into clear, structured functional integration specifications. - Strong analytical skills to assess end-to-end impacts and dependencies across interfacing systems. - Ability to manage requirement changes and integration impacts in a structured manner. - Strong documentation skills, with experience producing interface specifications, data mappings, and integration artifacts. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
