• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans. • Provide therapy services to patients (majority ages 18+, with some ages 8+) with moderate/high acuity with largely general psychiatric diagnoses. • Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more.

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes • Follow behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA • Accurately collect and document data during each session • Support skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living • Collaborate with supervisors, families, and team members to ensure consistency • Build trusting, supportive relationships with clients and their families • Participate in regular training, supervision, and professional development

• Systemic Clinical Care: Provide virtual therapy sessions focusing on relational health and the complexities of family systems in later life. • Relational Support: Address profound issues of loneliness and isolation through a systemic therapeutic approach that reconnects seniors to their world. • Navigating Transitions: Help seniors and their support networks manage the emotional toll of aging, cognitive decline, and intergenerational stressors. • Evidence-Based Practice: Utilize psychotherapy and evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, and Family Systems) to improve outcomes for both the individual and their family unit.

• Providing evidence-based teletherapy to students that work with Daybreak. • Collaborating closely with school counselors and other relevant providers. • Building trusted relationships with students and families. • Providing psychoeducation and support to parents and caregivers. • Participating in case consultations and clinical team discussions. • Contributing to the on-going development of Daybreak Health’s clinical programs.
