Graphic Designer, Content Creator

• Design social media content for five clients full-time — minimum five posts per client per week, plus stories, across Instagram and Facebook • Work two weeks ahead of schedule — content must be planned, designed, and queued before it goes live • Produce a mix of static posts, carousels, short-form reels, stories, and ad creatives aligned to each client's brand guidelines • Follow a structured approval workflow: designer to operations lead review to client approval • Build vertical short-form reels typically 7–15 seconds in length for Instagram Reels and Facebook • Overlay text, graphic elements, and motion onto supplied video clips • Sync on-screen text and graphics to trending audio tracks • Produce vector design work including SVG files, can and bottle labels, packaging mockups, and brand identity assets for the agency's alcohol and beverage portfolio • Work from reference imagery, brand guidelines, AI-generated concept boards, and direct founder briefing • Deliver premium, shelf-ready packaging and brand collateral for energy drink, gin, and RTD product lines • Produce static and carousel ad creatives for Meta campaigns when requested by the ads specialist • Maintain well-organised, clearly labelled creative folders in Google Drive for easy access by the wider team • Maintain structured, searchable Google Drive asset folders for every client at all times • Manage tasks, briefs, and approvals via ClickUp and Slack • Work alongside the in-house AI specialist to streamline design workflows and reduce manual effort over time
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Social Media Designer, or Content Creator within a digital marketing agency or fast-paced in-house marketing team
- Canva Pro proficiency is non-negotiable — this is your primary daily design environment and you must be fast, confident, and fluent in it
- Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills, particularly for vector artwork, SVG files, and packaging design
- Solid understanding of social media content formats, sizing, and best practices across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Excellent written English — all briefs, approvals, and internal communication are conducted in writing to a high standard
- Disciplined file management — structured Google Drive folders maintained consistently across all clients
- Proven track record of hitting deadlines across multiple concurrent clients without being chased
- Proactive communicator — flags issues early, asks questions before guessing, and responds promptly in ClickUp and Slack
- Comfortable integrating AI creative tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Higgsfield, or similar) into daily design workflow
- Experience designing for premium lifestyle, alcohol, or beverage brands — packaging, label artwork, or brand identity projects (nice to have)
- Familiarity with Meta advertising creative formats and delivering assets for A/B testing (nice to have)
- Experience managing a high-volume content calendar across five or more concurrent brand accounts (nice to have)
- Prior experience in a remote role supporting an Australian digital marketing agency (nice to have)
- Exposure to short-form video content creation for Instagram Reels, TikTok, or Facebook Reels (nice to have)
- Experience working within a structured, brief-driven agency workflow using ClickUp or a comparable project management tool (nice to have)
