The Product Owner Data & Analytics is the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams and actively maintains relationships with key business partners to identify analytics opportunities, develop product vision, strategy, roadmaps, user stories, backlogs and data best practices for the Multi-Color Analytics Platform (MAP). This role is responsible for ensuring that Multi-Color achieves maximum value out of their investments in Snowflake and Power BI. Responsible for building relationships with key leaders and power users across functions including Finance, Commercial, and Operations to refine and implement analytics solutions, champion best practices, and drive adoption. This is a remote opportunity. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define business objectives, maintain product roadmaps and develop and prioritize backlog. • Define and manage the lifecycle of data products. • Champion data quality, lineage, and compliance standards. • Guide and assist internal and vendor development teams. • Conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practices. • Partner with power users to develop and monitor usage metrics and drive adoption. • Actively participate in the development of increasing data and analytics maturity. • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies. • Assist in managing platform and delivery vendors. Stay current with platform innovations and actively seek opportunities to adopt new features. • Model the Corporate Values (Integrity, Passion, Creativity, Perseverance and Achievement) and Principles Qualifications: • 10 years experience in development of data and analytics, preferably as requirements analyst, product owner or product manager. Experience with enterprise data warehouse development. • Demonstrated strong analysis skills. • Dynamic communication skills. • Passion for product management and product delivery.
