Role Description This is a remote position. We are seeking a Project Administrator to support a large-scale Facets migration project within the healthcare payer environment. This role will provide critical administrative and operational support to project managers, ensuring smooth coordination of resources, accurate reporting, and effective communication across the project team. - Support project managers with day-to-day administrative activities across the project lifecycle - Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of project resources, including access requests and documentation - Maintain and track project financials, including budgets, forecasts, and expense reporting - Prepare and distribute project status reports, meeting notes, and documentation - Schedule and coordinate meetings, including stakeholder communications and calendar management - Track project timelines, deliverables, and action items to ensure alignment with project goals - Assist in maintaining project documentation, including plans, trackers, and reporting tools - Support communication across cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment - Help identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies as needed Qualifications - Experience in a project coordinator, project administrator, or similar support role - Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail - Experience supporting project financial tracking and reporting - Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Experience supporting healthcare or payer-related projects - Exposure to Facets or system migration initiatives - Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar) - Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
