This FULLY-REMOTE position starts as soon as we've identified the ideal candidate, and will continue in an ongoing, part-time, project-based capacity. The ideal Communications Writer is comfortable conducting light research, writing on healthcare technical subject matter, and collaborating with internal teams to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging content. • The Oracle Report Writer is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise reporting solutions supporting the organization’s Human Resources systems and Oracle EPM platform. • This position provides technical expertise in data extraction, report development, analytics, and reporting governance to ensure leadership, HR, Finance, and operational teams have accurate, timely, and actionable information for workforce planning, financial management, compliance, and strategic decision-making. • The Oracle Report Writer serves as a key resource for enterprise reporting initiatives and collaborates closely with business stakeholders, application teams, and IT leadership to improve reporting capabilities and data quality across the organization. • Design, develop, test, and maintain reports using Oracle reporting tools (e.g., BI Publisher, OTBI, Smart View, or equivalent). • Build and maintain SQL queries, datasets, and structured data extracts. • Develop automated and scheduled reporting processes. • Create standardized templates and reusable reporting components. • Ensure reporting solutions meet organizational performance, security, and governance standards. • Develop and maintain reports supporting workforce planning and headcount monitoring, compensation and benefits analytics, compliance and regulatory reporting, and assist with internal and external HR audit requests. • Collaborate with Finance teams to ensure reporting aligns with chart of accounts structures and planning cycles. • Support integration and data feed validation for reporting environments. • Leads/supports development (including authoring, editing, coordinating reviews, QC, finalization) of clinical and regulatory documents (e.g., protocols, amendments, investigator brochures, clinical study reports, eCTD clinical summaries, briefing books, IRs) • Drives cross-functional collaboration in the preparation of clinical and regulatory documents, including alignment on content and messaging, effective conduct of roundtable meetings, resolution of feedback/comments • Distills large amounts of clinical and scientific data into clear, consistent messaging that aligns with program strategy • Adheres to departmental procedures and practices and applies ICH/GCP/regulatory guidelines and industry standards to document development • Contributes to developing/implementing processes and best practices within the Clinical and Regulatory Writing department • Represents Clinical and Regulatory Writing department on various cross-functional teams
