Arbetsuppgifter Som resande serviceingenjör/tekniker ansvarar du för att utföra både planerade och akuta serviceinsatser ute hos kunder. Arbetet innefattar service, reparation och underhåll av avancerad maskinutrustning. Du utgår från ditt hem och planerar själv dina uppdrag i dialog med återkommande kunder, där du även ansvarar för bokning och koordinering av insatser. I rollen arbetar du brett med tekniska områden såsom mekanik, hydraulik, PLC, kontrollsystem och elkraft. Efter genomförda uppdrag dokumenterar du arbetet och hanterar beställning av reservdelar i samråd med servicechef. Du fungerar även som rådgivare till kunder kring servicebehov, komponenter och förbättringsåtgärder. Resor ingår som en naturlig del av tjänsten, främst inom Sverige men även inom övriga Skandinavien, och du förväntas ibland hålla utbildningar för kunder.
