Senior Marketing Analyst

• Support clients directly — understand their requirements, translate them into data solutions, and deliver clear insights. • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker, Power BI, and Tableau — depending on client setup. • Design and maintain data models that consolidate data from multiple marketing platforms and sources. • Map and document data flows across complex, multi-source schemas. • Proactively identify opportunities, trends, or risks in marketing data and communicate findings clearly. • Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries for reporting, analysis, and investigations. • Manage and enhance data transformations with dbt. • Conduct QA/UAT to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and trustworthiness. • Use Git for version control and collaboration.
Job Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in at least one BI platform (Looker, Power BI, or Tableau), with the ability to deliver projects across all.
- 3+ years of SQL experience.
- Proficiency with AI tools and ability to integrate them into daily workflows.
- Experience working with multiple marketing data sources simultaneously (ad platforms, CRM, web analytics, etc.).
- Understanding of data modeling principles (star schema, dimensional modeling).
- Understanding of ELT/ETL concepts and debugging data transformation logic.
- English C1 level with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to communicate directly with clients and stakeholders.
- Takes ownership and responsibility for their work and results.
- Can present their work and insights confidently to clients.
- Consistently checks their own work for quality, accuracy, and completeness before delivery.
- Strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and close attention to detail.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to drive clarity with clients and internal teams.
- Hands-on experience with QA/UAT processes.
