Partner Success Manager

Hostaway

• Own day-to-day relationships with 200+ marketplace and strategic partners • Act as the primary point of contact for non-technical partner inquiries • Ensure partners are successfully onboarded, activated, and continuously engaged • Proactively identify and address partner issues, risks, and growth opportunities • Drive partner accountability and ensure alignment with Hostaway processes and expectations • Own the onboarding of partners and activation • Track partner activity, engagement, and operational performance • Coordinate and manage partner communications (updates, campaigns, newsletters) • Collaborate with Product, Support, and Partnerships teams to resolve partner issues • Identify gaps in workflows and propose process improvements

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, or SaaS Operations
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal English)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Experience working in a remote, async SaaS environment
  • Able to work with EST overlap and flexibility across time zones as needed
  • Strong ownership mindset with ability to operate independently
  • Hands-on experience using collaboration and support tools such as Slack and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Nice-to-Haves: Experience in SaaS startups or partner-facing roles
  • Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana)
  • Experience supporting partner communications, campaigns, or enablement initiatives
  • Exposure to email marketing or newsletters (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Support teams
