Role Description We are currently seeking an Intelligent Automation Engineer to join our team in Remote, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX). - Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end UiPath automation solutions across insurance operations. - Build Agentic AI workflows capable of autonomous decision-making in underwriting, claims adjudication, and policy processing. - Integrate LLMs (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI) into RPA solutions for: - Claims document summarization - Policy document interpretation - Risk assessment support - Customer communication automation - Implement Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) for FNOL, claims forms, medical reports, KYC, policy applications, and invoices. - Develop automation for core insurance systems (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, etc.). - Ensure compliance with insurance regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, NAIC, IRDAI, FCA depending on geography). - Build scalable RE Framework-based bots with strong exception handling and audit trails. - Lead architecture discussions and mentor junior developers. - Collaborate with underwriting, claims, actuarial, and compliance teams. Qualifications - 7+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath development. - Strong expertise in: - UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center - Document Understanding - RE Framework - API integrations - Proven experience in Insurance domain processes (Claims, Underwriting, Policy Admin). - Experience integrating Generative AI / LLMs into enterprise workflows. - Knowledge of insurance core platforms (Guidewire, Duck Creek, etc.). - Proficiency in C# / .NET. - Strong understanding of secure data handling in regulated environments. - UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (preferred). Requirements - Ability to combine RPA + AI for semi-autonomous and fully autonomous insurance workflows. Nice to have - Experience with insurance data standards (ACORD). - Knowledge of predictive analytics and actuarial data integration. - Exposure to Azure/AWS cloud environments. - Experience in process mining for insurance operations. - DevOps and CI/CD for RPA lifecycle management.

• Support development of Python-based tools for document scanning, extraction and processing. • Assist in automating workflows using PowerShell and Microsoft 365 services. • Work with SharePoint Online libraries, metadata and document structures. • Contribute to data migration activities from file shares to SharePoint Online. • Help implement and test document classification and records management processes. • Analyze file metadata and content to support categorization and compliance efforts. • Collaborate with senior engineers on integrating AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI). • Perform testing, validation and troubleshooting of automation pipelines. • Document scripts, processes and technical configurations.

The Role in Brief: Senior QA Engineer (Cucumber & Behave) As a critical member of the performance technologies quality assurance (QA) team, the Senior QA Engineer is responsible for creating automated software test scenarios in an agile environment for functional, regression, and performance tests for web and mobile based applications. The Senior QA Engineer will validate user interfaces of products built with various technological solutions and ensure the correctness of data flowing through each stage of the product process. Applying strong technical and communication skills, the Senior QA Engineer will collaborate with other QA team members, developers, and business partners while providing testing support throughout the entire development life cycle, in order to deliver high quality products to our partners. Compensation: The anticipated starting salary (base) range for this role is $85,500 - $115,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. • Own end-to-end marketing engagement platform architecture including journey/canvas design, segmentation strategy, campaign logic, deliverability, and dynamic content • Design, build, and scale lifecycle automations across acquisition, enrollment, engagement, and retention journeys • Establish and enforce governance standards for naming conventions, template management, QA processes, and campaign documentation • Serve as the internal marketing engagement platform SME — troubleshoot issues, evaluate new platform features, and continuously drive optimization • Partner with CDP, CRM, product, and data engineering teams to define audience sync requirements, data mapping, behavioral event instrumentation, and pipeline specifications that power lifecycle campaigns • Serve as the MarTech voice in data model and pipeline discussions, translating campaign and automation requirements into clear data specifications and advocating for the fields, events, and freshness standards marketing needs • Lead cross-team coordination across member acquisition, enrollment, and journey teams to align campaign timing, cadence, and channel mix around a unified communication strategy • Identify gaps and conflicts across journey stages and implement orchestration rules — suppression logic, frequency caps, and priority sequencing — to ensure every touchpoint fits within a cohesive, member-centric framework • Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities (including Claude and API-based automation) to scale MarTech operations, content personalization, and campaign optimization • Build and manage API integrations that connect marketing platforms, internal tools, and third-party services • Continuously evaluate emerging MarTech capabilities and recommend adoption where ROI is clear • Develop and maintain Python-based scripts and automated jobs (e.g., scheduled ETL processes, audience list generation, campaign triggering) that run on AWS infrastructure (Lambda, Step Functions, S3, EventBridge) to streamline and scale marketing operations • Design, deploy, and monitor automated marketing workflows in AWS — including cron-based scheduling, event-driven triggers, and error alerting — to ensure campaigns and data syncs execute reliably without manual intervention
