Senior Social Media Manager

• Own social media strategy and execution for multiple client accounts. • Plan and manage content calendars across all major platforms. • Oversee content production (internal or outsourced) and ensure quality/control. • Write or refine messaging to align with each client’s positioning. • Monitor engagement and maintain professional standards across accounts. • Track performance and continuously optimize based on data. • Manage paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn end-to-end. • Handle campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, and scaling. • Lead creative testing (hooks, formats, messaging) to improve conversion. • Analyze performance data and make optimization decisions. • Report on results and identify clear opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years managing social media and paid social campaigns (agency experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (required), TikTok and/or LinkedIn
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and lead generation
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on performance
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate independently
  • Experience with law firms or professional services is preferred
  • Experience scaling paid campaigns with significant budgets is preferred
  • Background in ad creative strategy and testing is preferred
  • Familiarity with AI tools in marketing workflows is preferred.

We’re managing multi-channel programs for B2B clients with long sales cycles and high deal values — and we need skilled executors who can bring those programs to life with precision. This role exists to support and execute the paid media strategies set by our Paid Media Strategists. You’re the person who makes the plan real: building campaigns, managing optimizations, maintaining tracking integrity, and surfacing performance insights across your assigned accounts.
