Role Description White Turtle Studios, a Trailer Park Group company, is looking for an experienced and highly passionate cross-discipline Project Manager who is ready to take on diverse projects from clients around the globe. This is a great opportunity as you collaborate, learn and get to work on the creative campaigns of some of the biggest brands like Netflix, Prime Video, HBO, Disney etc. Reporting to the Director of Scaled Post-Production and based out of India, you will serve as the go-to partner and key point-of-contact to both our global clients as well as our internal production teams. You will be responsible not just for delivering assets but also for driving alignment between global and local clients across production, marketing, publicity and social for UCAN/ LATAM regions and will be working night shift. What will you do - Be a strong partner to our clients and other agency teams globally by managing and planning campaign timelines, key milestones, project deliverables, and production resourcing. - Lead and manage cross-functional communications and workflows, ensuring clear and efficient alignment on campaign details and deliverables. - Collaborate with a team of internal editors, designers, QC specialists and motion graphic artists for adaptation, localisation, and delivery of promotional materials across multiple marketing output channels. - Proactively identify and eliminate bottlenecks, manage complex bespoke requests, and optimize workflows to deliver scalable efficiency, quality, and innovation. - Manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of production issues. - Be a proactive problem solver with a self-starter attitude, always looking out for improvements while evaluating and eliminating project and systemic risks and issues. - Model inclusion, courage, innovation, passion, communication and sound judgement. Qualifications - 6 years minimum marketing account management, project management, and/or operational management experience, with at least 3-4 years in a Senior-level role. - Work experience involving client communication, managing digital video and static production, and familiarity with digital asset deliverables is a must. - Hands-on knowledge of industry standard project management tools such as Airtable, Smartsheet, Monday.com or similar. - Marketing- and/or Entertainment operations experience in an environment spanning various asset types and platforms, managing complex timelines, budgets and scope. - Expert knowledge of marketing campaign and asset localisation workflows. - Fluent in Video and Digital types and formats while understanding the fundamentals of asset ingestion and management, servicing and trafficking. - A passion for project management, production & operations and a thirst to do more with less, to work smarter not harder. - The ability to exercise sound judgement and flexibility, prioritising people and solutions over process when necessary, while evaluating risk and impact to client throughout. - An exceptionally strong communicator with experience synthesizing information to make informed decisions - always ensuring communication is timely, succinct and consistent. - Advanced fluency in English is required. Additional fluency in Hindi and other Indian languages will be advantageous. - International experience is a must. Preferred Qualifications - Interest in movies and TV shows. - Familiarity with digital asset management systems or similar data organization tools.
