• Serve as a Product Owner for 1-2 development teams • Prioritize backlogs for development teams • Participate in Scrum activities such as sprint planning and demo meetings • Work with product managers and other stakeholders to understand business needs • Develop detailed requirements for development teams: UML/workflow diagrams, user stories and use cases • Coordinate UI prototyping and graphical design • Participate roadmap planning activities • Communicate statuses to stakeholders, manage expectations • Plan releases and coordinate delivery to operations and customers • Lead cross-team projects.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a product owner/project manager/business analyst in IT
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to process information from different sources and create explicit and clear requirements
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with an ability to lead productive group meetings
- Strong technical attitude, analysis skills and problem solving skills
- Project Management experience and skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferably with emphasis on Computer Science or related field; or equivalent relevant work experience
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
