• Provide expert support for the M365 Power Platform • Design, develop, and deliver innovative software solutions to enhance user experience across various Microsoft products and services • Independently develop solutions to resolve complex issues for both internal and external customers • Troubleshoot and collaborate with other technical groups like Service Desk, Datacomm , EUA, Security, and Engineering Teams • Lead the architecture and design of enterprise PowerApps and Power Automate Flows • Create and maintain workflows through Power Automate • Utilize Copilot Studio and AI Builder to integrate AI within developed solutions • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI • Assist with customer workshops to identify pain points and design effective solutions • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers • Keep up with emerging technologies and evaluate their impact and benefit to the customer
