Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Missouri Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide virtual mental health support to individuals through a telehealth platform. In this role, you will assess client needs, develop treatment goals, lead counseling sessions, and help clients build practical strategies for managing emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. This position is well suited for an LPC who values structured clinical work, consistent scheduling, and the ability to deliver quality care in a remote setting. Responsibilities - Provide individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform - Complete psychosocial assessments and establish treatment plans - Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation - Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals as needed - Apply evidence-based counseling methods based on client presentation - Support clients with concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relationship issues - Coordinate care with other providers when clinically appropriate
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
- Active Missouri LPC license in good standing
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical counseling experience preferred
- Experience with telehealth or outpatient mental health services is a plus
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, and documentation skills
