You’ll work with clients managing a range of mental health concerns, helping them build practical coping strategies and long-term progress plans through consistent virtual sessions. Responsibilities: - Lead scheduled counseling sessions via telehealth platform - Assess client needs and recommend appropriate interventions - Track and document session outcomes - Maintain compliance with clinical and legal standards - Provide guidance and feedback tailored to each client - Collaborate with care teams when necessary
Job Requirements
- Active LPCC license in Ohio
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently
