AVID Energy Solutions, a Mass Save® Partner, is seeking an experienced, outgoing and highly motivated, Customer Intake Coordinator / Sales Development Representative to join our team working remotely in the US working Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours and earning $55,000+ with uncapped commissions by assisting prospective customers in reviewing their needs and scheduling no-cost home energy assessments with cutting edge tools and technology to improve homeowners energy efficiency and utility cost savings. As our remote Customer Intake Coordinator You will be responsible for qualifying Massachusetts an New Hampshire homeowners and renters to see if their residence qualifies for energy efficient incentives and a no-cost home energy assessment from the Mass Save program. This will include fielding a high volume of inbound and outbound calls as well as emails and working within the company Salesforce CRM and Hancock scheduling tool.
