General Summary The Director of Affiliation Network leads the strategic direction and execution of doctor‑affiliation and relationship programs that support all brands operating within Owned Eyecare (“OEC”). This role serves as the primary liaison across Talent Acquisition (TA), Provider Solutions, and OEC brand Clinical teams to ensure a coordinated, seamless approach to attracting, sourcing, engaging, and retaining clinical talent. The Director builds strong connectivity across functions, strengthens the doctor experience, and drives affiliation strategies that support long‑term coverage, growth, and brand‑specific business needs. Pay Range $110,541.41- $147,387.48 Essential Functions Support the unique doctor‑affiliation needs of all OEC brands by developing tailored strategies aligned to each brand’s business priorities. Champion brand representation in doctor‑facing initiatives to enhance credibility, awareness, and engagement among the OD community. Ensure affiliation programs and messaging are aligned, consistent, and effectively differentiated across brands. Serve as the primary business liaison to Talent Acquisition, ensuring TA has clear visibility into coverage priorities, staffing needs, and brand‑specific nuances. Partner closely with Provider Solutions to ensure alignment on doctor affiliation programs, engagement, continued education, and deployment strategies across all modalities. Monitor doctor performance and retention—proactively and identify risks, recommending coordinated solutions between Provider Solutions, TA, and OEC brands. Facilitate communication loops that ensure brand, Clinical teams, Provider Solutions, and TA remain synced on priorities, trends, and emerging needs—informing and influencing leadership on these matters. Translate doctor feedback into actionable experience improvements at both enterprise and brand levels. Collaborate with Marketing and brand leaders to strengthen brand awareness, long‑term OD relationships, and support career progression across the enterprise. Partners with Public Affairs to remain knowledgeable of legislation which may impact the enterprise or doctors. Serve as a strategic advisor on doctor-related issues and represent OEC needs in enterprise forums involving workforce, recruiting, operations, clinical leadership, learning and development and talent strategy. Support patient access by ensuring strong OD pipelines and adequate coverage across all OEC brands, with direct relations and line-of-sight to the enterprise strategy. Optimize workforce deployment by improving visibility and communication across the doctor lifecycle—awareness, attraction, sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and retention. Lead planning, monitoring, and continuous improvement of OD attraction and retention programs across OEC. Job Specifications Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience; Minimum of 2 additional years of experience related to functional area Minimum of 6 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of direct reports Demonstrated ability to solve complex issues and act with a high degree of independent judgment. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally. Ability to travel as needed across the U.S. to support brands, teams, and doctor engagement efforts. Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and coordinate across diverse departments. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high‑priority efforts simultaneously. Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and support data‑driven decision making. Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment in performance of job duties.
