Summary The Pricing Analyst position within the Financial Modeling & Underwriting Analytics team will provide real-world evidence to support WellDyne mission statement and organizational goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Utilize SQL and MS Excel to provide all required front-end and back-end analytics to support new business and renewal bids. - Ability to work in a team environment that deals with short deadlines and a high volume of requests. - Modify existing SQL queries to accommodate changing requirements and ad-hoc requests. - Identify and document the needs of multiple stakeholders. - Seek opportunities to improve modeling, analysis, and reporting processes. - Participate in ad-hoc department and company projects. - Support functional & organizational initiatives as required. - Follows all policies and procedures related to the job. - Additional duties as assigned. Education and Experience - BS/BA in Finance, Statistics, Economics or other quantitative area preferred. - 1-3 Years of analytical experience required or college project work equivalent. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (Detailed experience of all Lookup, and Logic formulas required) - Proficiency in SQL required - Ability to analyze, and interpret data based on results - Skills in performing detailed and complex numerical computations and reports - Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, including financial modeling - Must have advanced attention to detail Work Environment / Physical Demands This position is in a typical office environment which requires prolonged sitting in front of a computer. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment including operation of standard computer and phone equipment. May have occasional high stress when dealing with customers/clients. Some travel may be required. Working closely with Finance, Business Development, Proposal Management, and Delivery teams, this individual will ensure that all pricing submissions meet client expectations, align with organisational margin goals, and fully comply with federal wage determinations, Service Contract Act (SCA) requirements, and living wage standards. We’re looking for a Pricing Results Specialist who is an expert in cards to join our PSA Pricing Team to be able to review & adjust customer-selected submission service levels on PSA orders to accurately reflect true market values.
