As our TikTok Shop & Social Commerce Manager, you’ll own CSE’s presence and performance on TikTok Shop end-to-end — from storefront strategy and product mix to our affiliate and creator program. This is a channel leadership role that goes beyond execution: you’ll set the strategy, manage the calendar, build creator relationships, and be accountable for results. The right person knows TikTok Shop inside and out, loves working with creators, and is excited to take ownership of a fast-growing channel. Primary Duties and Responsibilities TikTok Shop Strategy & Management - Own the TikTok Shop storefront end-to-end: catalog management, content accuracy, pricing, and overall shop health. - Develop and manage a rolling TikTok Shop campaign calendar, aligned with CSE’s marketing calendar and product priorities. - Lead product mix and assortment strategy: test SKUs, analyze performance, and make data-backed decisions on what to push, pull, or expand. - Stay ahead of TikTok Shop-native sales events, flash sales, and platform promotions; identify participation opportunities and execute. - Partner with Operations and demand planning to coordinate inventory availability, fulfillment readiness, and SKU-level forecasting tied to TikTok activity. - Act as CSE’s internal TikTok Shop expert, staying current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and commerce trends, and bringing recommendations to leadership. - Own channel reporting: track GMV, conversion, affiliate-driven revenue, and other key metrics. Affiliate & Creator Program - Build and lead CSE’s TikTok Shop affiliate program: strategy, creator recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management. - Own the creator seeding and sampling process, from selection and fulfillment to performance follow-up. - Establish and maintain strong creator partnerships through clear briefs, performance feedback, and optimization direction. - Build an engaged affiliate community through product education, creator campaigns, and ongoing content support. - Identify high-potential new creators in the health, wellness, and fitness space, staying current on emerging voices and platform trends before they’re obvious. - Manage commission structure and program economics, optimizing based on creator performance and channel goals. - Own the relationship with TikTok’s platform account team to stay ahead of new initiatives, media programs, and affiliate opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Creative and Content on TikTok-native assets and messaging that convert in-feed and in-shop. - Partner with the Paid Media team on GMV Max campaign strategy. - Coordinate with Operations on inventory availability, fulfillment timelines, and product readiness for launches and creator seeding. Qualifications: - Must have 3+ years of experience in social commerce, with hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop. - Proven experience building or scaling a TikTok Shop affiliate or creator program. - Hands-on experience with TikTok Seller Center and Affiliate Center. - Strong strategic instincts paired with the ability to execute. - Data-literate, with the ability to track the right metrics, understand what they mean, and use them to make decisions. - Strong communicator and relationship builder; creators and internal stakeholders should want to work with you. - Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage competing priorities without being told what to do next. - High ownership mentality: you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks, and you bring recommendations. Salary: $80,000-$90,000 annually Location: Remote, or hybrid if in the SLC, UT area Position Type: Full-time Benefits: - Paid time off (flexible) - Paid holidays - Insurance: Health, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D - 401(k) + Company match - Eligible for company bonus plan - Free product allowance

Role Description We are seeking a creative, highly organized Social Media Specialist & Video Editor to lead our client's digital presence. This role is essential for a "big picture" founder who needs a proactive partner to manage content strategy, execute high-end video editing, and maintain a consistent social media calendar. The ideal candidate is not just "hands" for execution but a "brain" capable of suggesting ideas and using modern tools like AI to enhance the firm's authority. - Video Production: Editing long-form videos (10–30 minutes) for YouTube and the website with high production value (jump cuts, transitions, keyframing). - Content Repurposing: Splicing long-form content into shorter reels, TikToks, and social posts to maximize reach. - Social Media Management: Creating, getting approval for, and scheduling a monthly content calendar. - Brand Authority: Ensuring all content reflects a professional, authoritative voice suitable for family law — prioritizing social proof over "viral" or "silly" trends. - AI Integration: Experimenting with AI tools and avatars to improve onboarding and training processes. - Organization: Manage and track ideas, notes, and inputs from the founder to ensure the timely execution of creative concepts. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience as a Video Editor and Social Media Specialist. - Proven experience in video editing (Premiere Pro or similar) and social media management. - Strong understanding of content strategy (how to turn one video into many assets). - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple creative projects independently. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. - Experience working with a US law firm is a plus. Requirements - Position: Social Media Specialist & Video Editor - Remote Status: Fully Remote - Preferred Location: Latin America, South Africa - Working Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST - Holidays: US Federal Holidays - Salary: USD 1600 - USD 1900 per month - Internal Job ID: 1262
