Business Analyst – Generative AI Development

• Collaborate with requestors across a variety of business units to document details of the project request to ensure key details are captured in a concise and easy to understand manner. • Identify gaps, risk, and potential improvements within business and technology processes and recommend solutions. • Facilitate working sessions and meetings, preparing materials, guiding discussions to ensure stakeholders needs are understood and represented in the requirements and success criteria. • Maintain and update KeyedIn resource planning and forecasting to reflect current and anticipated project resource requirements. • Monitor resource capacity and provide insights on resource availability and utilization to aid in project scheduling and prioritization efforts. • Work with relevant teams to obtain Level of Effort estimates and participate in documenting and submitting requirements to other business intake processes. • Support the Corporate IT intake process by stepping into the project management role during period of high demand ensuring continuity of support for critical projects. • Assist in creating and updating internal process documentation, flow charts and other related materials to improve efficiency and support improvements. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team to enhance project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. • Act as a liaison between the business and technology to build strong relationships and be a central point of contact for the intake process and projects. • Prepare and deliver accurate status reporting efforts. • Assist in planning and designing business processes and in formulating recommendations to improve and support business activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Technical related degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Entry level professional with 0-2 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent.
  • Two years of work experience strongly preferred
  • Project coordination or project management experience a huge plus
  • Familiarity with project management tools and process flow tools
  • Experience with software development life cycle and project management methodologies
  • Ability to translate business requirements to technical resources in supporting the project
  • Experience with project implementations that cross multiple departments using project management techniques
  • Highly dependable, accountable with ability to perform task independently
  • Critical-thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Very organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience working on agile-based, cross-functional software development teams
  • Excited to work with stakeholders and users to understand their jobs and where technology can improve their work in meaningful ways
  • Team player and known for taking initiative; does what it takes to help the team succeed; actively seeks opportunities for continuous improvement
