Operations Administrator

• Provides administrative and operational support for CV production activities • Partners closely with the CV Production Management team to coordinate daily tasks and workflow needs • Helps track and resolve production issues • Supports accurate processing in required systems and tools • Assists with documentation and follow-up to keep work moving efficiently • Communicates with internal teams and, as needed, external contacts to ensure client requirements are met and high-quality deliverables are returned on time • Regularly meets with the CV management team for status review and proactively resolve production concerns • Uses CV reporting resources such as Tableau, Power Automate, and MicroStrategy to deliver the most up-to-date data for the CV management team • Builds and maintains strong working relationships with assigned networks

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • Minimum three years related claim handling experience or related claim billing/processing experience required
  • Must possess demonstrated intermediate skills with MS Excel including but not limited to vlookup, functions, and file linking
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Visio, Power Point) is also required
  • AI tools (such as Copilot) and Power Automate skills preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in person as well as with remote and international resources
  • Professional with ability to properly handle confidential information
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work within a matrix organization
