A Day In Your LifeOwn End-to-End Project Delivery - Lead projects from post-sale handoff through implementation and closeout - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations - Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, driving timely resolution Drive Operational Excellence - Manage projects against defined SLAs to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience - Maintain accurate project forecasting and visibility across systems (e.g., Salesforce) - Identify risks to scope, timelines, or margins and proactively escalate and resolve Manage Complex Deployments - Oversee multi-site and global implementations, including hardware installations and maintenance workflows - Ensure alignment across product, field operations, and customer stakeholders - Adapt communication and execution strategies based on customer needs and personas Improve Processes at Scale - Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, standardization, and efficiency - Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational scalability - Balance structured processes with flexibility in complex or ambiguous situations What You Bring - 5+ years of project or program management experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment - Experience managing complex implementations (hardware + software preferred) - Strong operational rigor with experience using CRM and project management tools (Salesforce preferred) - PMP certification or equivalent is a plus - Experience in industrial, IoT, or hardware-driven environments is a plus - Proven ability to manage stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and drive outcomes - Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences - Process-oriented mindset with a focus on scalability and continuous improvement We offer several perks that include flexible PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) match, stock options, paid parental leave, and WFH and phone stipend. The pay range for this position in Colorado, California, and New York City is $114,000 to $147,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
