• Drive day-to-day execution of Project Chorus and keep cross-functional workstreams on track • Coordinate joint partner communication plans, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables • Act as a key operational point of contact for partners, supporting approval loops for shared assets and communications • Manage project trackers, workflows, status updates, and activation calendars across multiple stakeholders • Support the development and coordination of communication materials, including social media drafts, messaging inputs, and partner-facing assets • Help prepare and manage event-related activations, including briefings, logistics, stakeholder coordination, and on-the-ground readiness where needed • Work closely with internal teams, partner managers, communications stakeholders, and agencies to ensure high-quality execution • Review and coordinate localized or AI-enhanced content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand and product guidelines • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and gaps, and drive solutions independently • Maintain clear documentation and reporting to support visibility, scalability, and smooth execution across partner waves
Job Requirements
- Experience in project management, partner marketing, communications, operations, or a related role
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience supporting external communications, social media content, executive messaging, or partner-facing campaigns
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous or changing situations
- A proactive, ownership-led approach with high autonomy and strong follow-through
- Experience supporting event-heavy projects, activations, or campaign execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
- Comfort working across cross-functional teams and managing complex approval processes

Location Flexibility Because the Assistant Project Manager (APM) role involves travel to project sites, relocation is not required. APMs may live anywhere within the continental United States, provided they are within a reasonable distance of a major airport. Positions are posted in cities near current or anticipated project locations; however, placement is based on project needs and is not limited to the advertised location. Assistant Project Managers are responsible for working directly with our subcontractors and clients to successfully execute the complete building process. Once the PM team becomes familiar with the design, they plan and sequence the work and buy-out materials and subcontractor services. They ensure the work is completed in sync with all other activities and make certain the work meets Tippmann Construction quality and safety standards. Throughout the construction process, the PM team uses Tippmann developed processes and tools to maintain clear and constant communication with subcontractors, internal team members, and client personnel. APMs contribute largely and are accountable for the overall delivery of a high-quality experience for our customers.
