Description Job Description Statement: The Parts Procurement Representative plays a vital role within the Service Experience Center, ensuring imaging service teams have timely access to the parts needed to keep critical healthcare technology running. This position partners closely with engineers, vendors, and internal teams to source, track, and manage parts efficiently while maintaining accuracy, cost control, and service excellence. Through proactive coordination and problem-solving, the role directly supports rapid equipment repair and minimal downtime for customers. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, customer-focused, and motivated by contributing to high-quality patient care through operational excellence. Essential Job Duties: - Manage incoming part requests, including quoting, sourcing, purchasing, and timely follow-up. - Build strong vendor relationships by providing fast and exceptional customer experience. - Locate required parts from inventory or external suppliers and negotiate pricing when needed. - Collaborate with shipping and service teams to coordinate turn-key parts and shipping. - Develop creative solutions to resolve sourcing or delivery challenges. - Maintain positive, professional communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. - Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and support ongoing relationship building. - Other duties as assigned.
