Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Agent for Booking.com, including fully paid relocation to the beautiful country of Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with their travel bookings and inquiries. Responsibilities - Provide high-quality support to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. - Assist customers throughout the booking process including modifications, cancellations, and travel-related questions. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues customers face in a timely and professional manner. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system. - Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer needs and improve service quality. - Stay up-to-date with Booking.com's products, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is required, with English proficiency being an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially within travel, hospitality, or booking platforms, is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with customer-oriented focus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking platforms is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
- Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
