A teraz jeszcze budujemy coś nowego: content team skoncentrowany na rynku Investor Relations w Stanach Zjednoczonych dla dedykowanych kampanii mailingowych. Szukamy kogoś, kto pomoże nam w tym zakresie i dodatkowo wesprze naszego CEO oraz managera ds. email marketingu w codziennych operacyjnych tematach (dlatego też ta rola nazywa się Virtual Assistant). Co będziesz robić? 👩🏻‍💻 - Wsparcie managera email marketingu: research, przygotowywanie materiałów, lekka edycja angielskojęzycznych treści - Wsparcie zespołu IT: np. w komunikacji z zewnętrznymi partnerami lub researchu - Wsparcie HR / obsługa pipeline'u rekrutacyjnego: koordynacja kandydatów, umawianie rozmów z kandydatami - Komunikacja z zewnętrznymi współpracownikami przez Slack i e-mail - Weryfikowanie podstawowych faktur od partnerów - Zarządzanie kalendarzem i umawianie spotkań CEO Krótko mówiąc, szukamy kogoś, kto ogarnia, mówi dobrze po angielsku, i potrafi skutecznie korzystać z popularnych modeli językowych do optymalizacji czasu pracy. Długoterminowo widzielibyśmy dla takiej osoby ścieżkę rozwoju Project Managera.
