• Definir, entregar y evolucionar una experiencia de usuario de alta calidad desde las primeras fases del producto. • Traducir necesidades de usuario e intención de producto en decisiones concretas de UX y en implementaciones frontend de alta calidad. • Actuar inicialmente como la principal capacidad de UX y diseño en un entorno de baja madurez, combinando ejecución directa con visión a largo plazo. • Colaborar estrechamente con Product Owners y stakeholders en actividades de descubrimiento, definición de problemas y toma de decisiones de experiencia. • Desarrollar y evolucionar principios de UX, patrones compartidos y sistemas de diseño utilizados por múltiples equipos. • Identificar riesgos de incoherencia de experiencia entre equipos y abordarlos desde un enfoque de sistema. • Habilitar y acompañar a los equipos de funcionalidades para que la responsabilidad de UX se integre progresivamente en ellos. • Influir sin autoridad formal mediante coaching, trabajo en pareja y ejemplos prácticos. • Equilibrar usabilidad, necesidades de negocio y limitaciones técnicas en entornos con alta ambigüedad.

• Develop responsive, accessible, and visually appealing web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Translate UI/UX wireframes and design mock-ups into fully functional front-end code. Ensuring cross-browser compatibility. • Design and build split test and multivariant test which enhance the customer experience and increase online conversion. Use data to inform feature testing strategy. • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices. • Implement dynamic client-side functionality using JavaScript frameworks or vanilla JS. • Perform basic PHP coding tasks such as templating, working with simple CMS functions, or integrating front-end components with back-end logic. • Conduct comprehensive cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure consistency and reliability. • Optimize website performance and page load times. • Participate in sprints, stand-ups, and planning meetings to ensure alignment and timely delivery. • Maintain documentation for front-end processes, patterns, and code and onboarding.
