Sales Onboarding Specialist

• Deliver structured and effective onboarding programs for new sales reps • Design and/or run practical training sessions, role-plays, and practice rounds • Maintain onboarding plans tailored to different rep profiles • Embed best practices and company-approved sales techniques through regular sessions • Support the rollout and adoption of new sales programs • Act as the bridge between sales leadership, the enablement team, and frontline reps
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in sales onboarding, sales training, or a Sales/Revenue Enablement role within a B2B SaaS or tech environment
- Demonstrated ability to deliver onboarding or training programs
- Strong facilitation skills: ability to run engaging, interactive training sessions and deliver specific, actionable feedback
- Solid understanding of the SDR or BDM sales process
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Reliability and organizational skills
- Collaborative working style
- Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, BANT, SPIN, or Challenger Sales (nice to have)
- Familiarity with sales and enablement tools: HubSpot, Amplemarket, or any LMS platform (nice to have)
- Experience with AI-powered tools for training delivery, content creation, or coaching support (nice to have)
- Background in Learning & Development, HR, or adult education with a pivot towards Sales Enablement (nice to have)
- Previous experience in a startup or scale-up environment where processes are still being built (nice to have)
- Exposure to virtual data room (VDR) platforms or knowledge of M&A / financial services deal environments (nice to have)

The Onboarding Specialist position provides software configuration and onboarding support to Mindbody customers through multiple methods of contact, specifically on camera interactions over video conferencing and email communication.
