The Principal Consultant – ERP Services (Infor / Lawson Technical Services) provides senior-level technical leadership and application support for clients operating within Infor CloudSuite (FSM, HRT) and Infor Lawson S3 Payroll (Single Tenant) environments. This role serves as a technical subject matter expert responsible for system stability, integrations, interfaces, environment management, incident resolution, and Infor release coordination. The Principal Consultant works closely with client IT teams, client technical and functional resources, and Infor Support to maintain reliable ERP operations and ensure technical readiness across production and non-production environments. This role supports ongoing system operations and optimization and does not include functional processing, end-user training, or business configuration activities. Key Responsibilities The Principal Consultant, ERP Services-Infor, will have the following responsibilities, which include but are not limited to: - Serve as the technical lead for Infor CloudSuite (FSM, HRT) and Lawson S3 Payroll across production and non‑production environments - Provide day-to-day technical application support, including system health monitoring, scheduled jobs, batch processing, and background services - Lead incident management by troubleshooting issues through application, job, and integration log analysis, and coordinating with Infor Support for escalation and root cause resolution. - Monitor and support integrations, IPA flows, interfaces, and extensibility - Support Infor CloudSuite release management, including technical testing of patches, fixes, and upgrades - Manage Infor service requests and communications, including data copies, restores, environment administration, and platform requests - Perform ongoing environment and application data management, including print file purging and scheduled processing - Develop, maintain, and support technical reports, interfaces, and extensions - Partner with client IT leadership and Nordic delivery teams to provide technical guidance, operational insights, and platform risk mitigation - Translate complex technical issues into clear, actionable guidance for technical and non‑technical stakeholders - Demonstrate and embody Nordic’s maxims skills and experience - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience required - 8+ years of experience supporting Infor CloudSuite and Lawson S3 (v10) in live production environments - Strong hands-on technical experience supporting Infor CloudSuite (FSM, HRT) and Lawson S3 Payroll - Demonstrated experience managing integrations and IPA flows, with responsibility for interface monitoring, job scheduling, batch processing, and system monitoring. - Ability to analyze applications, job, and integration logs to determine and resolve root causes - Familiarity with Infor Support processes, ticketing systems, and release cycles - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem resolution skills - Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple incidents and service requests in a fast-paced environment - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reconciliation - Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with client and internal technical teams - Strong attention to detail ADDITIONAL DETAILS - Ability to work U.S. hours Nordic is an equal opportunity employer.
