• Support and manage payroll tasks using the appropriate ticket and payroll systems applying the defined standards and client specific requirements • Monitor and manage ticket queues using the appropriate tools to ensure tickets are handled per the defined timelines and do not exceed expected thresholds • Ability to utilize the hrX suite of tools as it relates to payroll processing and associated activities • Be able to understand and interpret a payslip • Be able to understand and follow the payroll calendar • Identify deviations from the standard scope of service and act accordingly including the identification and support of change request opportunities • Recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information • Produce and understand basic standard and client specific payroll reports • Review and validate data for accuracy • Answer basic payroll questions and requests through communication channels agreed for the client (phone, e-mail, ticket) • Participate in projects and activities as needed and assigned
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Advanced German & English skills (minimum B2)
- 1-2 years relevant experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in an HR Consulting, HR Outsourcing or other corporate environment
- Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Self-motivated and a willingness to learn

The Principal Consultant – ERP Services (Infor / Lawson Technical Services) provides senior-level technical leadership and application support for clients operating within Infor CloudSuite (FSM, HRT) and Infor Lawson S3 Payroll (Single Tenant) environments. This role serves as a technical subject matter expert responsible for system stability, integrations, interfaces, environment management, incident resolution, and Infor release coordination. The Principal Consultant works closely with client IT teams, client technical and functional resources, and Infor Support to maintain reliable ERP operations and ensure technical readiness across production and non-production environments. This role supports ongoing system operations and optimization and does not include functional processing, end-user training, or business configuration activities.
