Partner Marketing Manager – Cloud Services
Red Hat
• Execute in close alignment with the cloud partner marketing team marketing programs to create awareness and demand for Red Hat cloud solutions • Create, edit, and enhance communication materials, including emails, blog posts, social media posts and live events • Work closely with our EMEA partner communication head on partner references and partner PR activities and grow the number of public partner and customer references • Work closely with global partner marketing function on strategy and content • Support regional marketing teams with marketing programs and lead generation campaigns • Support workshops, webinars and partner events, manage these campaigns end-to-end, and report on ROI, to support business goals • Collaborate and enable field marketers with content and digital kits to drive demand for our cloud business • Track, monitor and measure campaign performance across defined KPIs, identify and implement opportunities for improvement and optimization • Understand overall corporate and EMEA sales strategy, initiatives, offerings, and programs and use available resources in planning and implementation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing preferably in a technology field
- Creative thinker and problem solver who enjoys a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in managing multiple stakeholders in a complex corporate environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work as part of a dynamic team while demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and desire to make things happen
- Excellent knowledge of creating online, digital, and live marketing campaigns to grow demand through our partners
- Experience working with marketing agencies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for working within multicultural and diverse environment
- Fluent language skills in English; second European language is a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 10-15%

This critical role is responsible for the health, security, and optimization of our global messaging platforms, core virtualization infrastructure, and identity services. The ideal candidate brings an "expert-level" depth in Exchange (Hybrid/On-Prem) and Proofpoint, combined with the broad infrastructure experience required to manage complex VMware and Azure environments. You will be the primary point of contact for high-impact migrations, security hardening, and automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Messaging & Collaboration (SME Focus) - Exchange Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain Exchange Server (2013–2019) and Microsoft 365 hybrid environments. - M365 Migrations: Lead complex tenant-to-tenant or on-premises to cloud migrations, ensuring zero data loss and minimal user disruption. - Security & Compliance: Manage and optimize Proofpoint email security solutions, including DLP, encryption, threat protection, and policy development. - Protocol Governance: Implement and audit email security standards including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Role Description We are currently seeking an EPIC ODB Engineer / Architect - Remote to join our team Remote in United States (US). An Epic Operational Database Engineer or Architect (ODBA) is responsible for the core Epic database infrastructure, which includes Chronicles (Epic’s proprietary hierarchical database) and its integration with other database systems like Clarity and Caboodle. This role is highly technical and foundational, ensuring that Epic’s backend databases are performant, scalable, and stable. - Chronicles Database Architecture and Maintenance: - Design, configure, and maintain Epic’s Chronicles database structures. - Ensure proper setup of master files, globals, and networked storage to support optimal performance and data integrity. - Work with Epic’s tools and guidelines to manage data growth and optimize storage layout. - Performance Tuning and Monitoring: - Continuously monitor the operational database for performance bottlenecks (CPU, I/O, cache hit rates). - Analyze and optimize global builds, journaling, indexes, and data access patterns. - Collaborate with Epic TS (Technical Services) and ECSA teams to fine-tune system performance. - Upgrades, Environment Builds, and Data Refreshes: - Manage and support Chronicles data refreshes, including copying environments (e.g., PRD to TST/DEV) while ensuring data integrity. - Participate in and support Epic upgrades and versioning processes from the backend/database side. - Architect and automate database components of environment buildouts. - Data Integration and Interoperability Support: - Ensure seamless data flow between Chronicles, Clarity, Caboodle, and third-party systems. - Support tools like Bridges, Interconnect, Cloverleaf, and Beaker that depend on efficient and secure database interactions. - Security, Compliance, and Disaster Recovery Planning: - Implement and monitor database backup, restore, and journaling strategies to ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness. - Maintain tight control over access permissions, encryption, and HIPAA-compliant data practices. - Participate in audits and ensure compliance with Epic and regulatory standards. Qualifications - 7–10+ years of experience supporting Epic as an ODBA, DBA, or database architect. - Epic certifications in Chronicles, ODBA, or related technical modules (e.g., Cache/IRIS). - Deep expertise with InterSystems Caché/IRIS, including globals, journaling, shadowing, and performance tuning. - Strong understanding of Epic architecture, including Hyperspace, Interconnect, Web Blob, and ancillary systems. - Proficiency with Linux/UNIX administration and shell scripting. - Experience with high-availability architectures, clustering, SAN/NAS storage, and virtualization. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex, high-volume clinical systems.
